Rhodium OS / Terms of service
Rhodium OS is a subscription software service that provides sales, inventory, profitability and listing analytics for Seller Central accounts you connect. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your internal business purposes while your subscription is active.
By connecting a Seller Central account, you confirm that you own that account or are authorized by its owner to connect it to Rhodium OS. You are responsible for the users you invite and for keeping your log-in details secure.
Rhodium OS is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon and Seller Central are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
You agree not to:
You own your data. Rhodium OS processes it only to provide the service, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
The subscription costs [Price] per seller account per month, plus GST, billed monthly in advance. New accounts get a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time and your access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires.
Data in Rhodium OS depends on Amazon's APIs and their availability. We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Either side may end the service with notice. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination, Amazon access is revoked and your data is deleted within 30 days.
Rhodium OS provides information to support your decisions and does not guarantee sales or business results. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
