1Who we are

Rhodium OS is operated by Abox Agency Pvt. Ltd., F02, Orbit 1, Punagam, Surat, Gujarat, India. Contact: privacy@abox.agency.

2Data we collect

  • Account data: your name, work email, company name and billing details.
  • Amazon seller data you authorize us to access through the Selling Partner API: sales and traffic reports, order totals, inventory levels, listings and catalog data, settlement and fee data.
  • Usage data: log-ins, pages used in the app, device and browser type.

We do not collect Amazon customers' (buyers') names, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses.

3How we use it

Only to provide the Rhodium OS features you use: dashboards, alerts and reports for your own account. We do not use your Amazon data for any other purpose, including building products for other customers or advertising.

4Sharing

We never sell your data. We do not share Amazon data with third parties except the infrastructure providers that host the service (Amazon Web Services), who process it under contract and only on our instructions, or where required by law.

5Storage and security

Data is stored in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1), encrypted in transit and at rest. See our Security page for details.

6Retention and deletion

We keep Amazon data only while your account is connected and for as long as needed to show your history (up to 24 months). If you disconnect or close your account, we delete your Amazon data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

7Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and revoke Amazon access at any time, by emailing privacy@abox.agency or using app settings. We respond to requests within 30 days.

8Amazon policies

Our handling of Amazon data follows Amazon's Selling Partner API Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy.

9Changes

We will notify you by email of material changes to this policy and update the date at the top of this page.
